About
I spent over a decade in tech — working on subscription products, building and streamlining operations. Then I decided to build a snail mail club.
Not despite that background. Because of it.
I kept watching a niche I genuinely loved get underserved — full of passionate people launching clubs on instinct, undercharging for their work, and burning out on the admin before they ever found their stride. I had the tools to help. I just needed to be in it first.
So that's what I'm doing.
I'm Krista. I'm growing my own snail mail club from scratch — documenting every decision, every mistake, and every milestone as it happens.
Mail Club Ops exists because first-time club owners deserve better than trial and error.
They deserve an operations partner who has operational depth and skin in the game. Someone who's worked through the same things, a few steps ahead, and sharing exact learnings that can change the game for your snail mail club.
It also doesn't hurt that there's something genuinely compelling about building something analog right now. Most things are moving toward faster, more digital, more automated and a snail mail club goes the other direction entirely. It's a business built around something physical landing in someone's hands, and so many of us are actively seeking that out.
